11 months old and walking!

Well, Faith's been taking "baby" steps here and there for a couple of weeks now, but at my birthday party (29 y/o now!!!), she really branched out and started to walk on her own in our living room. It was way past her bedtime and I think she was slap worn out and delirious, and thought, "Might as well give this walking thing a whirl!" It was a precious moment... But as cute as it was, I must admit that I'm a tad bit sad. Within a few weeks, my firstborn will be one year old. It's unbelievable how time goes by with children. Anyway, on a lighter note: Jeff threw me a party (I love my man!) with our families invited on Friday night. He also invited one of my best friends from high school, Tina. She brought her two precious kids with her, and by the way, she has a third one on the way. Here's just a few family photos of everyone enjoying the party AND the fall weather!!!!! Fall is my favorite season by far!!!!
Misty was impressed with the tiki torches!
My dad thinking about kicking back in the rocking chair.
Myla Grace, my niece...can't believe how big she is now!
I think she's put out with my picture taking.
We have to watch Faith like a hawk; she still puts everything in her mouth. Leaves, rocks, flowers, it really doesn't matter to her.

Whoa, my baby looks slightly scared or possessed; great pic of Myla though!:)
Faith really is happy here I promise; she was squealing but it looks like she's massively upset with the way the camera caught her.
Family photo
Family photo again...
Faith helped me eat my ice cream, but I didn't give her any cake. I know, I know, I need to lighten up some. Hey, Mrs. Raylene, you will appreciate this: She eats "mo-mo's" sometimes now for a little-bitty snack! (marshmallows)

Faith can feed herself, but Granny is spoiling her here!
Just some proof that Jeff can operate an oven.
Sweet smile again from Myla.
This is one of Tina's kids=Caleb. Faith got friendly with him a couple times. Daddy didn't really care for that!!!:)
There's that possessive look again; and look at her with a grip on Caleb's shirt!
Caleb looks very scared. Faith however, appears extremely confident.
From left to right...Tina, Caleb, Makayla, Myla, and Misty.
I think Dad stole an extra piece of cake by the look on his face.
Jeff got me this picture frame with adorable pics of Faith all in it. Great job, Babe, I love it!
Makayla was soooo sweet to Faith. Isn't her hair gorgeous?
Fish face!

The girls had a good time together.
Check out Caleb climbing.

Pop getting some one on one time with Faith.
Pic of the collage of pictures of my baby.
Pajamas are always a great gift!

Another picture frame; my people know how much I love pictures!
Oh, now look who's demanding some lovin'! That makes me feel a little better.
More gift opening...

Mr. Blue Spider is holding her attention here...

And more gift pics...

Jeff put this up while I was at work on Saturday. He's got some decorating sense about him!
Ok, this is our friends Maegan and Josh. They are pregnant and we are very excited about little Jaxon coming! We met them at the Roadhouse on Saturday night and then they stopped by the house later on.
Here are some pics of Maegan and Faith playing together.

Awwww, I love this picture!!
Ok, I'm showing this pic for two reasons: 1) to show you how long her hair is getting 2) and because this bow is no longer alive, due to the fact that I found half of it in her mouth when I went to get her out of the carseat the other day. It had those feathery, stringy pieces of material on it (which made it sooo cute and probably my favorite bow), and Faith felt the need to eat it. I pulled 3 strings out of her mouth and numerous pieces from all over her outfit, before I noticed that she was still "gumming" some more of it inside of her mouth. I panicked for a slight second and then shoved my finger in to try and get it off of her tongue. But she started screaming and clamping down on my fingers with her now 4 teeth, which made it impossible. So I did what any good Mom would do: gave her juice to wash it down. No, I was not OK with this solution, but come on, what do you do? You probably don't want to hear this, but being the OCD person that I am, I went fishing the next morning into a poopy diaper, and low and behold, the juice did the trick. So, I congratulated myself on a job well done.:)

Random shots...

This is her new obsession: Raggedy Anne (I hope my spelling is correct here).

And that's it! I'll post the videos of her walking later on, but I've got clothes to fold right now!
