Six months now!
Faith's 6 month birthday was on April the 27th! Wow, I can't believe she is so big now! For their birthdays Granny and Pop took everyone out for dinner at the Fish Fry in Paris. Taylor, Brad and Georjeana's little girl, and Faith are only 3 days apart; so, naturally we needed pictures of these 2 together!
Ok Granny, here's a wonderful pic of you fresh and clean, and even with makeup on!:) Granny told me she was going to have to start proofing my blogs, because I posted some pictures of her that she didn't like! I'm trying to make up for that now!
The girls kind of ignored each other; I think there was a little too much to look at besides one another!
Check out the girls looking at the moms instead of each other. They both have question marks all over their faces like, "What do you want me to do? Start talking or something?"
I cannot express to you the love that Faith has for this little bug. But, I think she's doing a pretty good job of that for herself in this pic. (I know this pic is out of order, but honestly, I couldn't figure out how to remove it!)
"Granny, help me."
"Mea-Mea, please make her stop. My patience is running a little thin, OK?"

It's been a while!
Jeff and I ran another 5K in this itty-bitty town in Texas called Princeton. They had an Onion Festival there on Saturday, April 26th. We had a great time! It was really windy that day, and as you can see, Faith didn't appreciate it.
Granny went with us and kept an eye on Faith while we ran. While she strolled Faith around she could also see us running from a distance! She cheered us on during the final stretch!
We went to a restaurant for lunch while we waited for them to announce and post the results from the race. Believe me, it was not easy deciding where to eat in this town. However, we did find this unique little place with old-timey cars and gas pumps as decor.(I know it sounds weird, but it was pretty cute!) Anyway, Faith chose to chew on the crackers.
Check out her head band! Granny reminded us that it wouldn't be too long before she'd be wanting to run with us! I hope so! How much fun will that be?!
Can you tell she loves her Daddy?
I don't know who's having a better time--parent or child?
I think it's safe to say.....PARENT!!!!:::)))
Jeff won 2nd place in his age group! He received a medal!!:) There were 113 runners in all. Boogie and I were very proud.
I won 1st place in my age group and got a trophy. I think Jeff was a little jealous! Just kidding!
A proud PaPa!
Jeff said it took me forever to accept my trophy. Well, in my defense, I did have a baby on my hip. I was trying to figure out if I wanted to hand him the baby or just take her with me; as you can see, she came along.
Super Faith!
More playing....
And more playing....
And just a little more playing!!!!!
See that drool hanging off of her chin? Well, she now has a lovely rash to go along with it from her chin staying so wet all of the time! But she could care less, so I guess it doesn't hurt!
I just love this picture of Faith with the sunlight coming in from our front door! Her hair is really starting to grow!
This is probably my favorite pic of all time!
Faith and I were really goofing around one afternoon and Dad caught us!
She's just so much fun these days!
Looks like she's saying, "Well, Mom's got the old camera out again."
Faith's not nearly as excited about this newly learned trick as her mom is!
